After reaching out to numerous places and no one being able to accommodate a special needs teen, we were blessed to find Athens Area Pediatric Dentistry. They provided the help we were looking for. The service was great from the very first call. Their staff is so caring and they have so much patience. We drove 4 hours from South Georgia and we would do it again. Definitely recommend this place!

This dentist office is phenomenal. I scheduled an appointment for my son and sometime we have a hard time at appointment but my son be so thrilled to go to this dentist office. We had an appointment yesterday about a concern that I had going on in his mouth But for some reason when we got there, the problem was no longer in the back of his mouth. Such a great place, I’m so happy I found this dentist. My son fell at school today and busted both of his lips, cut his gums and cracked and broke his crown on his tooth. I called and they took us in last minute. My insurance also changed this month and they were able to help me use a plan they have for payment options. All of the women that work there were empathetic and caring and giving my son the upmost attention and care. The dentist himself is super knowledgeable and kind and told me “everything will be ok”. I have been searching for a dentist office for my daughter, who has Autism and ADHD, that does sedation dentistry. After 5 years, I finally found the perfect place in Athens Area Pediatric Dentistry! The team at the office were very patient with my daughter who has sensory needs, and made the process from the consultation to operation to post op very seamless.
