In previous dental experiences my kids HATED going to the dentist and the appointments were miserable. We recently switched to here and absolutely LOVE this dentist office. Their staff is so sweet and attentive. The dentist gives you his honest opinion about treatment options and what he would do if it were his own child. The office is nice and clean! I cannot say enough great things about this place. We drive a hour and a half for them. Dr. Hansford and his team was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond my expectations. My 3 yr old needed alot of work done and they let us stay with her till she was asleep and also made sure we were in the room before she woke up so that she woke up to us there with her. He was also able to save the teeth we thought was gonna have to be pulled. He made sure to check on her during the wake up process and called later in the day to... read more
We had our first visit for our very first dentist visit for our oldest (2 year old toddler). Our toddler is not a fan of a doctor's office but they were sooooo good with him. The staff is so calm and polite. And Dr. Hansford was great because he didn't small talk so we could get through the exam quickly. His team set that up by answering all the ins and outs so kudos. I did not feel judged by one team member for having a crying child.
