As all the other reviews say, Glenn Thomas is either incompetent or actively trying to defraud people, one of the 2. Glenn took money from me that was allegedly for “apprasails”. Then next week the loan was denied and the appraisal never happened. Guess where the money went. After constant follow up for literal years Glenn met me on the street in front of 61B Cafe and pathetically gave me back $400 of the $800 he stole from me. Only gave one star because zero's not available. I got a couple local references for Glenn Thomas so I thought he was legit.... I was wrong. I had worked on a deal to purchase an existing business for several months and because he never showed for any closing dates, I lost the deal. Excuse after excuse, he was very unprofessional and very unpleasant to work with to say the least. He talks a good game but doesn't back it up and if you hand him money good luck on getting it back when he bails on you. I hope no one else goes th... read more
DO NOT USE this company....it is an absolute SCAM. Save yourself some time and take a few hundred dollar bills outside and light them on fire. Or you could fold the bills into little origami boats and watch them sail into the ocean. These guys are CON ARTISTS, and they will rob you if given any chance at all.....you're welcome :) other than that im sure its a great lending solution
Our business applied for a loan through Athens Alternative Lending Solutions using Glenn Thomas. The loan approval dragged on and on and ultimately failed due to the bank not liking the current market conditions. When we paid the loan processing fee this is what we agreed to. Processing Fee of $750.00 is due at signing of the fee agreement. The processing fee would be refunded unless it could not close to due Borrower misrepresentation on the application or supporting documentation.
