I work at the doctor’s office and I’ve never had a pharmacist yell at me and hang up a phone on me. I asked for supervisor and was told I was talking to the owner. Good luck retaining customers!
Hours say that they open at 10am, yet the pharmacy isn’t open at 11:30am on a Friday. Completely unprofessional.
the single worst and most unprofessional customer service experience I've had at a pharmacy. After calling and verifying they took my insurance, they didn't. All their systems were down. The pharmacist was shouting my personal info from the back as the woman who worked in the front was surveying people in line as to whether or not they were on the same meds that i was. Atrocious.
