I saw previous reviews and never considered seeking services based on them. I was referred to this company by a different provider. Before the appointment, I received a reminder text and phone call. The intake provider texted the same day to confirm, and I promptly confirmed I would be attending the appointment. My therapist Margaret has been so great for me. I was feeling so down about American politics. I am an activist but after this horrid decade i was feeling so depleted. Margaret asks fantastic questions and makes super helpful suggestions! I am grateful for this strong support! The photo is me smiling while holding my awesome pup Busta Rhymes!!
My therapist is Ann Martin, and she’s been very helpful in helping me deal with my trauma! I’ve been seeing her online for a year and a half, and she’s been very patient and supportive when I have setbacks. She’s also incredibly understanding if I don’t feel well the day of our session or if something came up last minute, and is willing to move it to a later time. Endless cancels on their part from therapist. Insults from a psychiatrist was also regular! This service is a sorry shame if you need help. Avoid them like the plague!
I hate to leave bad feedbacks but I feel like people should know so that they avoid having an awful experience in their proccess of managing their mental Health.
