This place was okay in the beginning, but over time it shows the lack of professionalism. Therapist are rarely helpful and should not be responding to clients messages using AI. At least remove the prompts. Concerns are not addressed and they make mistakes and blame the client. Lying and saying that you called and never did is unacceptable. Please find somewhere else to go they do not care about your wellbeing and waste your time. They hardly answer the phone and no one returns your voicemails either.

Getting anyone to answer the phone at this practice is impossible. If you do get through to someone, no one knows anything. They promise to call you back and never do. It’s infuriating.

‼️‼️If you want to lose your patience as an already mentally ill person, this is the place to go‼️‼️ My best description for this place is like if the people at the DMV tried their hand at psychiatry. The therapist Lynette got me mixed up with a different lady, and spent 45 minutes logging back in, leaving the meeting, and keeping her camera off. I am so disappointed that Athena Psych had an opportunity to be the last resort for literally any Psychiatrist to sign my Authorization for Restorative Services Form so I can move into my apartment after being homeless since January. They sincerely dropped the ball and obviously don’t care about homeless patients. I was told by the Psych Department Supervisor that their Psychiatrists don’t deal with clients which is completely sketchy. What kind of psychiatrist doesn’t work with patients???
