Dirty space, failing electrical, and five months of empty promises on my deposit. I rented an office at Meadow Creek for about 8 months and regret it. The location looked promising, but the office floor was filthy — I had to cover it with my own carpet. The electrical was failing: lamps flickered or cut out when I plugged in a kettle.
