My review has nothing to do with COVID. I started going to Athena women's health in 2015. My doctor ordered an invasive test called a VCUG. After this procedure, I called asking for my results, and tried to make a follow up appointment but they avoided my calls and emails. I never recieved my results or a referral for care, which is illegal. It's literally called patient abandonment. Avoid this business.
Unprofessional
Wife tried for two months to schedule appointment. No callbacks. Finally got someone and they said the doctor she wanted to see had left two months prior. Unbelievably poor customer service.

I loved the doctors there...it was the front office girl and the PT. I drove from puyallup (an hour 15 min drive but took me an hour 50 min on my day of the appt) and I was only 6 minutes late. The office girl smugly said "we are going to have to reschedule you for being late,". I explained that I just sat in traffic on hwy 18 and gave an extra half hour to get there. She walked back to talk to the PT which obviously took time and said "the pt won't be able to get everything done, so we need to reschedule you." I work in hea... read more
