I lived at a property ran by Athena from 2023-2025. When my fiance and I moved out, they sent us a bill in the mail for a bunch of maintenance including smoke remediation (neither of us are smokers) and the fence (which they said they’d fix in 2024) and they charged us for the month of June when we moved out May 31st. Quick to respond, friendly and priced well
I rented from them for about 3 months. I loved having them as landlords. The office and maintenance is very nice. The properties are well maintained. I will be looking for a small apartment soon definitely are going to find something with them again. By the way the only reason I moved was I needed a much bigger place for a while and they did not have anything.
The leasing office is very kind and maintenance was always completed in a timely manner. The building I lived in is very family friendly, as well as having a safe and close walk to SEMO. 10/10 experience and the best first solo apartment for myself!
I've worked with Athena Property Services to set several family members up with housing. I've always found their staff to be helpful, informative, and quick to respond to any service issues. Their internet network is impressive, and overall they offer a great rental experience for the price. Highly recommended.
