I really wanted to like this place but since I am a cosmotogist and I'm not pickey by any means you would think customer service would be number one priority. It wasn't even busy when I was in there so I don't understand why she was rushing to get my nails done. I had a full set done I wanted them shorter and more naturally shaped. Always friendly and quick to get any service started. I’ve been coming here for at least 2 years and they have always done a great job.
Waited for a hour and a half and then the woman rushed through my nails. I asked for clear dip, my nails are bumpy and crooked. Not happy at all.
As a walk in customer, I appreciate that they are usually able to add me to the schedule.
