I had a mani pedi done by Bella on Sept 27. Surrounding staff very professional, used aseptic technique. Younger staff very attentive and professional. I have had many mani pedis and was my first experience here. Not impressed with Bella. Cold water for foot soak, almost empty bottle of shellac polish used. Mani had one of my fingers cut and every cuticle on my fingers hurt after. The cut finger became infected and requires treatment. Bella’s station was not clean and ? Sterile instruments. Always a great experience. I highly recommend Anna. The salon is clean, and the staff very professional . They always make me feel special and take their time.

I enjoy getting to know the staff. They are friendly and great to visit with. Their English is really improving and it is great to see them learning more. English is a difficult language to learn. We often have mini lessons when I go in and really enjoy it. Thank you for your great customer service! Lolo Today, March 11/24, I gave Uri a hard time. The man who did my fill on an overlay was not only impatient but I developed fungus for the first time of my life without the product even lifting. 100% this was the fault of dirty tools. I'm thoroughly disgusted. I've been to Athena nails a few times and the job is secure but very bumpy. Lawson heights was simply a bad experience from beginning to end and apparently a month later also! So gross!
