I’ve been patronizing this place since 1993- Steve, like his father before him is knowledgeable and helpful. From purchases to jewelry repair - I wouldn’t consider another jeweler in Wichita. Support your locally owned - family establishments- they’re becoming a rarity in many places.
My husband let my young teenage daughter design my engagement ring. They worked with her and created a beautiful piece. A few years later my husband had some earrings made for me. Great service and always kind. Customers for life.
We started in Aug. 2024 to enhance my wedding ring, the owner has put off getting back to me, and I live in Arkansas. We came up for Christmas, went to the jewelry store, he promised he would have the ring I picked out delivered very quickly....I never heard back from him! I'm so disappointed, now we're leaving!!!!!
This jewelry store is great and Steve the owner is very knowledgeable. The prices are fair!! I purchased a lovely saffire ring. Jazzy the dog is an extra bonus.
