They charge way below market value for rent, maintenence comes when called, the owner is super nice, and we got our FULL deposit back when we moved out after 3 years (we did deep clean the place ourselves, but the paint did need touch ups and there was some obvious wear-and-tear that we weren't billed for). Overall, a great experience, especially compared to all the slum-lord horror stories in the area. They will chase you for rent. But don't fix nothing .my food has all gone bad because the won't come and replace the refrigerator all winter long I went without no heat because the furnace in here does not work even after having veteran come out here and then states that there is something wrong with the furnace they still did not come and fix it. The apartment is overflown with mice. A big hole in my bathroom where water came down still didn't come back to fix it this is a horrible place to live to be paying $800 a month fo... read more
