I have currently lived in Athena Gardens for about 7 months. At the beginning, they were very friendly. The maintenance is never working. The 2 employees (yes 2) just sit around and have smoke breaks. Our air conditioning leaked for about a week before he fixed it. Our bathrooms are constantly breaking and the ceiling fan in my room has not worked. The guy has come about 4 times and each time, he claims its fixed but it never is.
