My mother has lived at Concord Estates for 5 years. This has been a wonderful move for her! She loves the fact that she no longer has to maintain her house & enjoys the many activities Concord Estates has to offer! Because the rent is based on income, she has extra money to do fun things! I would highly recommend Concord Estates.
I've lived in your building in Corinth M.S.for 11 yrs and the building was always very nice and well kept until about a year and half ago common area's not clean repair done half way or not at all.It's a shame such a nice building is going down hill.
I have been living here for 8 mo. & would like to comment on your facility in Burlington, IA. I like it here very much except for a few things. It is NOT a smoke-free building & the smoke smell is terrible. The air conditioning unit is outside my windows & I cannot open them because of the the noise. The The air circulation is in need of repair. In summer the air conditioning is freezing in the hallways. I have currently lived in Athena Gardens for about 7 months. At the beginning, they were very friendly. The maintenance is never working. The 2 employees (yes 2) just sit around and have smoke breaks. Our air conditioning leaked for about a week before he fixed it. Our bathrooms are constantly breaking and the ceiling fan in my room has not worked. The guy has come about 4 times and each time, he claims its fixed but it never is.
