walked in to use the ATM and the machine was being fussy about scanning my ID, which almost made me turn around but the employee came over and helped me get it sorted in like two minutes flat. honestly that bit of patience made my day because I was in a rush and would've been so annoyed if I had to leave. the fees are a little high compared to other places around town so thats my only real gripe but the customer service was surprisingly warm and efficient. they even offered me a receipt without me having to ask which is rare... read more
