Should not even be doing appraisals. WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALL. It takes weeks for her to even schedule an appraisal, she FINDS things to re-inspect to collect the fee, doesn't turn in appraisals and holds transactions up for weeks and weeks. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!
