Where do I even begin? Living at Cross Creek Ranch, we regularly dealt with neighbors engaging in verbal and physical arguments. This led to the involvement of law enforcement on several occasions. The noise of car radios at all hours disrupted our sleep schedules. The CrossCreek Apartments are extremely negligent in keeping up with repairs to apartments. For example, I have emailed the Assistant Manager and as well, spoke with her and the office about the Air Conditioner in our Apartment. It has not been working since the beginning of July and the heat has been unbearable. We had to go out and buy a window unit to help with keeping the apartment cooler for the dog and ourselves. I’ve lived here for about a month, and have had nothing but problems. Upon moving in there were several maintenance issues, demonstrating a clear lack of effort on the part of the complex to make units suitable for new community members. I submitted the more urgent maintenance requests the week I moved in, and they have still not been fixed. Not only that, but they have been marked in the resident portal as being complete. Trash constantly overflowing into the parking lot, I have had to deal with water damage from a leak that they let sit for 2 weeks only making things worse as well as having to wait for weeks for maintenance to fix other problems we had, they never respond to emergency maintenance calls, they are constantly trying to find ways to add to the rent, and on top of it all they towed my car when it was in a designated parking spot and still want full rent. 1. They have foundation problems. The floors slope in some of the apartments and the doors stick all the time. 2. They turn of the water multiple times a week with no notice. 3. Some apartments cabinets have fallen off. 4. They don’t fix leaks on time. 5. One resident put in a notice about hot water heater not working and they took forever to get it fixed, over 3 weeks. 6.
