First time at this practice. The experience was wonderful from speaking with the office manager in setting up the appointment and her patience with all my questions as well as the thorough and professional eye exam by Dr. Athelli. His is very nice. What I liked most about this office is their ability to protect personal information. Other offices these days use too many 'apps' where personal information is shared, but this office is traditional and much appreciated.
He is very professional and takes time to talk with you about your concerns. He has helped me get my contacts to be spot on even when switching from gas permeable to soft lenses. Outstanding!

Very detailed, very helpful, and extremely kind doctor. Takes the time to address all areas of concern and works to ensure the prescription is correct. I would highly recommend Dr. Athelli. Best optomotrist I've seen in the DC area.
Dr. Athelli is very attentive to his patients; he shows genuine concern for our well-being. He is talking with me this weekend about a condition that just came up late Saturday. Dr. A will even meet with me if necessary to determine the cause of this new eye problem. I call that above-and-beyond; more than we expect from doctors today.
