Just had the most magical experience at the Atha Spa in Delray! Elle was a phenomenal massage therapist who knew exactly how to do the perfect deep tissue massage; she gets the knots without making you squirm on the table. Her leg massage was next level and my only regret was only doing 60 minutes with her! I’m totally booking 90 next time. Nancy and Trinity at the desk were lovely and the infared sauna after my treatment was perfect. Thank you, Elle and Atha Spa! I will definitely be back!
I had the most amazing experience at the guided meditation tonight! I am almost at a loss for words, but I left feeling invigorated and with a sense of reassurance. I feel so blessed.

My favorite place to unwind and relax. With green tropic, tranquil surroundings, atha gives you a nice reset, both mentally and physically. The staff is extremely accommodating and welcoming, while keeping the facility in tip top shape. This is delray’s hidden gems and we are so lucky to have this available for use!
I am very picky about my spa services but atha makes it easy to relax and enjoy. I had the best facial with danielle and came out glowing for a week straight after. Will be coming monthly now. Highly recommend.
