Apartments are trash and the management team is the worst. I do not recommend Riverwood Management as a whole. The property manager doesn't respond to your needs in a timely manner. The building it falling apart, and there is no accessible laundry room for my building. I'm giving them 1 star because I had to leave at leas 1. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!
There is a rodent problem trash everywhere, loud music every night. Ceiling is cracked and this was a newly renovated apartment. The parking is atrocious and they rent to section 8 tenants all the time! The people they're renting too aren't vetted they loud and leave trash everywhere up all night kids screaming. It's horrible I pay with my working money no assistance and can't have peace and quiet. The owners are money hungry and just rent to whoever, fix the apts up haphazardly it's a headache don't even bother.
