I’m not one to typically do something like this, but our experience with ATG has been atrocious. We’ve had issues with closing on our first home due to some title issues, which I realize is something that isn’t ATG’s fault. However, the lack of communication between the title company and the realtor/buyer has been absolutely atrocious. I’m still waiting on them to return my call from days ago. My closing documents were full of errors. I was charged twice for items that I already paid for. They do not check balances prior to closing. The titile processor Sara Cook was very dismissive and did not take resposiblity for her errors

Worst closing experience ever. Constant delay and lack of communication. Do not use ATG as a buyer or think you can work with them as a seller. Everything arrived late and error-filled.
