Very positive experience. Professional work and fair prices. Andres, the owner was amazing from beginning to end. The crew were professional, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. They all went above and beyond to have my boiler and radiators working efficiently. Highly recommended.
I called ATG to fix my boiler. The owner Andres gave me an estimate that it would be a $250 diagnostic inspection. After the inspection, he said the issue was with the motherboard and changed it. It didn't fix the problem work. Next, he said it was the screen and changed it. Then he said it's another unnamed? part. He said he would identify it by Monday (2 days later) but he never got back to me. Finally, on Wednesday (4 days later), I reached out to asked for an update. Still no update on Saturday. Excellent service from start to finish! The team was professional and the owner Andreas personally kept me apprised of work status on heating system replacement. Outstanding customer care. Highly recommend this company for all your plumbing and heating needs
Never USE ATG Mechanical Service. Owner of the company Andrea Goustas remember that guy. This guy is a great lair. He worked on my boilar and we request the receipt that we paid him, so I can claim refund from NAVIEN warrenty. This guy said he will give me later and never pickup the phone. Called 100 of times. My thinking He overcharged me for the service that's why he is scared to provide me the receipt. Not recommended anybody whoever works for him. Not recommended. Also filed a consumer complaints at nyc complaint borad.
I would definitely recommend ATG Mechanical Corp. I was having issues with my boiler. I had called two other companies, and they only made the problem worse. Eventually, I contacted ATG. They assessed the situation, provided a breakdown of what was wrong, and explained how to fix it. Andreas and his team were very professional. Their pipe work is clean and neat, showing their pride in their work.
