Halston was our inspector and was very thorough! He was actually a bit early which was great for us since we were on a time crunch! Received our report end of day and was very well laid out with plenty of photos and description of every little detail that was seen during our inspection. Was very honest and kind. We are first time home buyers and Halston definitely made our experience less scarier than we were imagining. Would definitely use the Welch men again for our inspection needs!
Robert and Haslton Welch were both very helpful and professional, straight to the point no bs , they are very knowledgeable and are very honest about they’re inspections. If I could give them a 10/10 I would!.
Amazing guy! Went above and beyond! Robert explained everything and went that extra mile just to make sure we felt comfortable with our new purchase!
Robert was absolutely amazing. The price was great and he was thorough. He was a joy to talk to also. He had a laughing the entire time. By the time I left my cheek were hurting from laughing so much. You have to use this guy and no other. You will not regret.
