Water was leaking into our sunroom. It was getting worse with each failed attempt at repair. We hired a home inspector to find the source of the problem, which he did in a few minutes and he told us how to repair it. We had several companies come out for an estimate. Please do not use this company by far the worst company to deal with they are the biggest scammers ever they took my check for $7,283 and they have not started the work it's been 7 months.

I should have wrote this a few years ago but I can be a procrastinator, lol. Anyway we needed a new garage, so I got a few different bids on how much it would cost us. Grant came to our house and gave us a bid of about 20,000. And believe me it was the lowest around at the time. I got quotes as highly as 36,000. Ben and Brad did an outstanding job on the repairs to our roof, not only that but they qent above and beyond with fixing our gutters and even sealing the flashing around our chimney.
