We just had our new pool installed. The process was seamless, from the friendly sales staff (Karen) to the very professional installation crew, AGP staff not a contractor (Ted Drades and JR). We could not be happier.
This was our first pool purchase and we couldn't be happier. We were greeted by pleasant staff who educated us on above ground pools and the different filter systems. They answered our many questions and explained things clearly. The installation process was fabulous with AGP handling everything involved in the set up. The professional support from Ted and his staff has continued and we are extremely pleased with the quality of our pool. A great company with great service!
This is our third pool in 9 years. Two, that collapsed, from another local company and the best from ABG. The whole experience was totally different. No sales pressure or promotional gimmicks. The installation process was 5 stars all the way. Other company requires the customer to pick up the parts and arrange sand delivery. Not ABG they handle all the process. We shopped several companies for our above ground pool. The moment we walked in The Above Gound Pool Company, we knew we chose the company who woud fit our needs. I have been using AGP for 11 years now, they are always very helpful and right on each time with getting my pool back in shape. It is very helpful for them to know the customer and my pool needs. There is one staff member that is not always as friendly as she can be, but overall I would reccomed AGP to all pool owners.
The Above Ground Pool and Spa Co is definitely 5 Stars!! I went there needing help to transition /learn how to care for our pool , as my mother in law had been caring for it; I was a lost puppy. In no time, the girls there had me rolling, they explain everything step by step and tell you time frame of adding next product or when/ when not to swim . My pool is crystal clear and reads everything is good! I totally recommend Above Ground Pools over any other.
The Above Ground Pool & Spa Company is the company to use if you're looking to purchase an above ground pool &/or spa. We should have used the Above Ground Pool & Spa Company for our first above ground pool. Ted and his crew are exceptional - Our pool liner has a pattern of "inlaid tile" along the upper edge, and the pattern is within a half inch of level around the pool's circumference (you should ahve seen the whoop-dee-doos in the liner pattern of our first pool). I brought my above ground pool from AGP in 1999; it has been one the best investment I have made. Not only because of the Texas heat where the weather is hot and hotter and everyone should have a pool. Their customer service is the best because they know what they are talking about. In the twelve years I have been a customer they have always treated me the upmost respect. I recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a pool.
Wow! What great service we received at the Above Ground Pool Co. Everyone was so helpful. We love our pool and are going back in the spring for a spa.
