Callum is definitely the guy you wanna see at this clinic - his knowledge and easy-going nature made the whole experience (something which is normally worrying or unpleasant) that much better. Within moments, he had me from a level of stress to a level of calm. The day I came back for my blood work, the wait time was a little longer than I expected; but it didn’t detract from an otherwise good experience.
I usually go to the Sexual Health Center at Martin Place, where the service is excellent, so I expected the same here. However, both nurses hurt me badly while trying to draw blood. I’ve never had this problem before, and it felt almost intentional, since both of them seemed experienced. Wouldn't recommend, was quite uncomfortable.
The wait is too long ! Most of the staff is super old and not very educated. It is weird they make us feel bad about our sexuality when it's supposed to be a LGBTQIA+ place. I guess it's good enough for Down Under but not up the 21st century standards. You better go directly to Sydney Hospital.
I have been here for a couple of time. And, this time I have to say Lexi, Troy, Dan & Paolo are very kind and nice to me during the procedure. They are so professional, I appreciate that!
