Without a doubt the best dental experience I’ve had. I’m a very anxious person and going to the dentist didn’t make my anxiety any better but Dr.Aten and her team are so friendly and caring. By the end of the visit I was completely relaxed and at ease. They explained everything with professionalism and care which made me feel a lot better. I highly recommend going to here. You’ll have a fantastic experience.
As a first time patient, Dr. Aten and Katrena the hygienist made my family super comfortable! It was my daughter’s first cleaning and she was calmer than I expected. They are very sweet and exactly what we were looking for in a local dentist.
These guys really care!!! I’ve been a patient here for a few years and after my experience today, it struck me how much this practice cares….. about their patients and their staff- people are genuinely interested in the quality of care that the patients receive- from follow ups, to remembering details about my family- they are just the best…. They have a wide variety of services including zoom whitening! It’s just a comfortable place to see a dentist…. Lots of smiles all around!
Aten and Garofalo has been my favorite dentistry since we moved to Charlotte! Professional, great availability, follow ups, costs transparency. Their staff is pleasant to interact with from the front desk to doctors and hygienists. I felt in the right hands with Dr Garofalo’s experience dealing with a problem I had.
I went for a cleaning today and the Dental Hygienist said I was doing a good job with cleaning and caring for the teeth. She had a few recommendations that could be improved as well as samples to get me started. I had another great experience.
