Vanessa did my hair and she was patient and willing. I came in with after surgery braids and my hair was matted. She detangle my hair and got all the dead hair out. The only thing that I didn't ever receive is a treatment conditioner without sitting for up to 45 minutes or under the dryer. The conditioner seem to be sitting or maybe leave in but was never washed if so. Anyway, she says that the products are good and will help with the shedding that I have been experiencing. Vanessa is very professional and knows what she is doing. I showed her picture of what haircut I wanted and she did it exactly how I wanted even better. This is not my first time with her and always exceeds my expectations. I would highly recommend her for my friends and family. She is the best.

I love this place they have a great staff and are very courteous and friendly. The service is always nothing less than great!! I was looking for a place that knows how to do good color. I go to Vanessa she is wonderful!!
