I had an amazing experience working with Kristen at Atelier Salon! I came in with dark brown (almost black) hair, and over two appointments, she transformed it into a gorgeous auburn shade with copper highlights.🧡 During my first visit, she applied the base color and gave me a trim. Had a really bad root touchup experience. Color stained all over sides and back of neck. Skin went red trying to clean up multiple times. Worst part is they did not accept feedback that color was not applied correctly and instead explained that certain skin types stain worse than others. I tried explaining this is not the first time I had root touch up so their explanation did not make sense. Was asked to pay full rate. Not going back again.

Customer service is very excellent. Received a hand massage which was a very nice touch. Always offering tea and water which is excellent. Elizabeth was amazing with me and very informative on what I had chosen. I did an all over color and a trim.
