Went in for a balayage treatment recently, it was a miss. I usually have a great experience with haircuts and styling but hair color was surprisingly a bad experience for me. The stylist did try to fix it several times but it ended up being way lighter than I wanted and looks way too stripy like highlights and doesn’t look blended in at all. I booked an appointment and Esperanza was amazing. I had a whole reset. I appreciate the first time client sit down. My hair is light, has some shape and im very happy.
