I went to this lovely boutique several weeks ago and found a beautiful pair of glasses to have my progressive lenses put into. I eagerly awaited their arrival, but after three weeks, hadn’t heard anything. I called this Monday and was told they were ready, great! The main optometrist has changed. I chose this location based on reviews of the previous doctor, but I didn’t find out that I’d be seeing a different optometrist until I arrived for my appointment. The new optometrist, Dr. Afsaneh Amini, was not listed on the website, and I had to search through my insurance records just to find her name in order to order my contacts—which was a hassle. Horrible. Limited frames, they won't order the type of frames you want and no refunds or exchanges after 30 days. The pair of frames they gave me were brand new but had sticky tape on the handles and the handles fell out the first day I wore them. Also over charged compared to other providers. $729 down the drain and that's not even including the actual frames. They also "claimed" that in several months they would order new frames. That was back in Feb and it is now December. Will never go to them again.
I've been a patient here for 3 years and have had multiple bad experiences with the dark haired receptionist/worker. She is unprofessional to the point of rude. I had continued to have my eyes examined here due to the excellence of Dr. Admire. Dr. Kim and Jenny took such great care of me. My lasik has started to wear after 10 years, so I am back in the glasses game. I really appreciated how thorough they were with my exam, and the time they put into helping me select my new frames. Jenny definitely has an eye for what will look best on you. I love finding small local businesses that provide exceptional service.
