This is a two-part review. First, I would like to respond to Emily's critical review. She showed a picture of the diamond ring before it was worked on. If she was so unsatisfied with the work that was done of the ring, why did she not show a picture of that? Makes me suspicious. Second, although I have had no jewelry repair done at Atelier 131, I have bought things from the store. The customer service was wonderful, very kind and caring people and the vase I bought was stunning.
DO NOT GET YOUR JEWELRY WORKED ON HERE! Both my mother & sister witnessed the beyond horrible customer service I received and was beyond applauded that this occurred when supporting a local mom & pop shop. - make jeweler quoted me one price and my husband was quoted a completely different price by the female worker for a 1970’s diamond ring (pic is before his unsatisfactory craftsmanship). - the jeweler poorly added 2 chip diamonds to the band that were A) much smaller than the existing diamonds, I asked for them to match B)... read more
