If I could give this company -10, I would. I first dealt with this company about 10 years ago and I was satisfied. I don't know what happened in between that time but the first red flag was me calling several times and not getting in contact with someone. However, because I am loyal to businesses a little too much, I persisted until I got someone. Anyone, when people show you who they are, believe them.
