If you have to have work on your appliance done and someone suggests this company. Just walk away. Reggie (the person taking the calls) is incredibly brusk to the point of making a customer feel unwanted. To that point the tech sent to fix our fridge did no troubleshooting and just replaced the compressor and called it good. We called back later that day to report the fridge was still not working the tech balked at the idea and eventually acquiesced and said the motherboard needed to be replaced and would have to be ordered.... read more

The most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. Waited almost 2 weeks to get my fridge fixed because this guy kept lying to me about the part not being in and it was delivered 6 days prior. He was rude even before that. I left a review that has since been deleted and he called and canceled my appointment because of it. Just a gross way to do business.

If I could give a negative 10 review for this company, I would. He did not even show up, another person did and looked at our washer for 5 minutes. They did not look at the clothes the washer has destroyed and decided I was at fault. His lack of communication has been horrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. WORTHLESS

Called on Saturday, the day after my LG warranty request. Sent them all the information they needed to get parts ordered and hopefully get this TV fixed on one trip.

The technician who worked on my LG washing machine was on time for the appointment, knowledgeable about my product. He was respectful of my property and best of all fixed the dang thing and was in and out of the house in 45 minutes. I highly recommend Atech Computer Solutions and will not hesitate to contact them again if needed.
