They have ruined my house I am suing
Beware! Mike left me hanging after getting paid to complete my roof and gutters along with some other items. Now they have open signage on door but doors are locked and all phones going to voicemail. Haven't received my warranty for roof or MY REFUND of $4000.00 Now I understand why they stay away from doing contracts.
Install went well. Follow-up after the install has been non-existent. Installation of aluminum flashing around the crown moulding of the roof was not attached well and is falling off on every side of the house within 2 years (not storm related). Multiple calls, texts, emails to A-Tech have yielded no response, so be aware of follow-up issues.
Mr O’Donnell was professional and courteous. He guided us through the whole roofing process and helped tremendously with our insurance claim. Installation was completed on time and as promised.
