This company serves the Florence area also. They tell you that they come once a month and spray, After you pay the money you are lucky to see them once every 2 months. They say call them if you see any bug problems yet they want more money if it is an active hornet nest they forgot to spray the last visit. The lady that answer the phone IS rude. I just called this company and the lady that answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. When asked how she was doing, she replied with I am very busy so get to the point . I am trying to locate a pest control service for a 200 unit apartment community and if they act like this in the beginning, imagine how they treat their customers once they obtain your business.
Best termite and pest control company I have dealt with. I had a major issue with roaches on a rental property and ATEC quickly took care of that problem. They have treated many rental properties for me whether it has been for termites, roaches or ants. I have used many companies in the north Alabama area, but these guys are by far the best.
