Not sure what their actual service is like, but I know they are not responsive to inquiries. I guess they have all the business they need or want.
This ended up being a gathering info on search as I was able to get a family member to drive me to a new Dr's office 35 miles 1 way with my visit being 2-3 hrs at appointment. Having an Medicare advantage plan ins all expenses were covered for transportation. Their wheelchairs are just inside rear entrance which is close to office. They will allow a Caregiver to assist; but drivers do not. Patient has to transport themselves out of van and back to van after their transport.
