I've used this service more than once and they treated me like a QUEEN and they're very friendly and funny. I recommend them and I request their service for each of my doctors appointments. Mr. Mike is the Mr. T of the group even though he hurt my foot by accident, he's still nice. And the only lady of the group is a baddie, love her. MO and James and Kemp are hilarious If I had appointments everyday, this team is who I want. Keep up the great work

Met a few nice drivers but I also met few disrespectful employees. I try not to make all the good ones pay for the mistakes of those who lack professionalism.
Worst company i have ever used Driver's say they will wait for you till your appointment is over and you get done they are gone. I had one female foreign driver that kept telling me I gave her the wrong address I hadn't even called to say was ready she was at correct address I told I hadn't called to say I was ready so she drove away and left me I do not like this company
