The building has changed Owners. The new owner Ashlyn Lowery n New name is LEVELS FITNESS. Ashlyn is one of the nicest people you could ever be around❣️She is always cheerful and gives encouragement to all members! I just ❤️her energy!
I just finished my fourth week yesterday. When I joined Amy and the boot camp team I was 198 lb after weighing myself this morning before I begin month two with her I am already down to 182!!!! Amy pushes you but within your means and more importantly she listens for example you got a trouble area that isn't quite up to par like knees or something she will give you alternate workout moves to do so that you do not cause more damage!
