The amount of carelessness and unprofessionalism I experienced during my visit was beyond disappointing. Showed up for my scheduled appointment only to find the office locked. When I called, I was informed that the person who scheduled my appointment failed to put it on the calendar. As someone who no longer lives in the area but still makes the trip specifically for this office, this level of negligence and disorganization is incredibly frustrating and completely unacceptable. I had a crown done and it felt down after 4.5 years, I called the office they had me come in and I was told they were going to get me another crown, 3 weeks later I came in and then I was told I need it to pay my portion that the insurance did not cover! I was very disappointed as I was under the impression they were going to replace it since I had already given them $1200 from my own pocket and whatever else they took from the insurance!
