technician was on time and very professional. for rodent trapping i think they didn't do anything someone could not do themself: wooden spring traps with peanut butter. they did spent a lot of time mapping the house and came up with a $3500 solution, again something that everyone could do themself for $100-$150.
found this place from google, and it listed services Union City and nearby area, they even have a physical locations in Union City, but they don't actually service Union City when I called them, I guess they won't get my money after all.
Joel was prompt, courteous and thorough in terms of inspecting our property for termites and spending a lot of time going through our options for treatment., as well as bidding a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend.
