Mr. Bernie Webster is the most thorough, professional technician we have had in our home looking at our "ghost" A.C. that decides in times of stress to shut off its compressor. Mr. Webster patiently listened to our description of the problem, with clear explanations, he explained the mechanics of how the unit works, and then he tested every small part to be doubly sure it was working correctly.
