We don’t recommend this Realtor. We have had numerous poor experiences. Never get a response back from your agent. If your using this realtor (Venus Killian) for rental listings, and you are a renter through her, she does not follow up or return calls or emails or texts, especially when you have finished your lease and requests follow up walk through for Security Deposit return. Still have not received my deposit back from them it's been 4 months! Rented a property from them back on 2018 and was never ever late on our monthly payments! Been given the run around that the owner has not given them the deposit to give to me!
