Got service day of call. Nice, paid 380$ for a plumping clear up. They used my ladder to get on the roof. Fine, except they did NOT put it up. Did not close the back door properly nor ask me or inform me. Front door was the same. Neither door was shut and left a jar. So I did have a problem but it was handled. Apparently two of my pipes are broke as mud is coming back up, and they will give me a quote today on how much work to fix those. May have to involve insurance and may be a process but at least these workers work very ... read more
I was able to get service the next day, although it wasn't' a pressing issue, they got to me quickly. Josh was great! Definately my new go-to for plumbing and septic issues!
One of the best responses I ever received. Professional from the initial call throughout the completion of cleaning my mainline. And Josh the one that done the job was great. If all companies had this life would easier for everyone. THANKS
ATC was the second plumbing service to come out to our house. No one could unclog our kitchen sink or find the grease trap. Within an hour they had accomplished both! Highly recommend! We now plan for them to drain our grease trap after the holidays.
Awesome service. Had a tech out ASAP who was very professional and knowledgeable. Figured out a separate issue on top of what we originally called for. Will definitely use again.
