We are in the process of buying a home. The inspection noted a low water pressure reading for the home. The sellers used ATC to get a diagnosis. ATC provided a quote to replace the PRV. When we reached out to ATC on the phone, we were met with a very rude man. He told us that they never found the PRV and just assumed that it needed replacing. We had ATC/Hilyer pump the septic system and perform an inspection for a property we were purchasing. They failed to identify the second tank and failed to note both tanks were failing due to cracks. When they plugged in the alarm system it was constantly on so they just unplugged it without explaining the remifications to us. Christmas was fun with backing up toilets and no ability to shower, do dishes or run laundry. Got service day of call. Nice, paid 380$ for a plumping clear up. They used my ladder to get on the roof. Fine, except they did NOT put it up. Did not close the back door properly nor ask me or inform me. Front door was the same. Neither door was shut and left a jar. So I did have a problem but it was handled. Apparently two of my pipes are broke as mud is coming back up, and they will give me a quote today on how much work to fix those. May have to involve insurance and may be a process but at least these workers work very ... read more
