Been a member for 8 years. Love the place! Lots of room and plenty of cardio machines. Wish there were an extra of every weightlifting machine instead of just certain ones.
Be careful if you want to cancel your membership. You may be charged membership fee for several months, please do not believe the staff will cancel your membership, you can only send an email to customer service to leave a certificate. Because the staff did something wrong, they will change the staff, so that the previous mistake they will not admit. They'll tell you I didn't come to work at the time. This is really bad service.
clean up n add more machine n have a sign up saying no sitting on the machine for than 30 min
Great staff! Extremely Clean! If the staff there isn’t at the desk it’s probably because they are constantly cleaning equipment or vacuuming. Love it here!
