This company is run by a bunch of lousy, good-for-nothing liars. My company tried to engage ATC's services. They no-call no-showed the first time they promised us they would be here. We gave them a second chance, and actually had to have staff come in while the business was closed just special for these people, and they no-call no-showed again. I can't comment on their actual skill, but as businesspeople, these guys are nowhere near acceptable.
Zach got our AC up and running with a new capacitor the same day! Friendly as well as knowledgeable young man!
We had a great experience. The technician’s name was Cameron and he arrived very timely on same day we needed help (while raining). Lucky for us we just needed a repair; Cameron took his time to diagnose and explain everything very clearly and he repaired our outside air unit. He was great help and everything was reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and thanks again for your help Cameron and ATC team!
Outstanding technician. Very knowledgeable and knows his craft.
