Hell no! The women's shelter is a flaw that is constantly being overlooked. It's over populated and under staff. The staff speak to the clients any kind of way and they have nothing available to help the clients to get on their feet or at least point them in the right direction. The only thing that the women's/children shelter is good for is making sure you fill out their paper work so they can get paid.
