Owner of Karl Weis Body Shop. Purchased a bumper for our shop truck alittle over 6 months ago. Just got around to putting it on. When we opened it was for a 2020-2022 Ford F450/F550. I needed it for a 2024 Ford F250. Invoice says 2023-2024 Ford F250. Needless to say it won't work plus had a scratch in the chrome. They will not take it back. I even offered to pay shipping back.
