Meredith was simply amazing!
Had my 2018 F150 in last week to get a a few things diagnosed. Had a great experience overall. Terry kept me updated through the repair process and the technician Anthony did a great job diagnosing and solving my issues. Truck runs great. I’ll definitely be back.
Called ATC to see if they had any available appointments for a last minute check of my brakes before I went out of town. They were fully booked at the time but Chris said he would still take a quick look at the brake pads just to make sure they were safe for the trip. The location of the brake pads made it a little more complicated than they initially thought so they got my car in for repairs immediately that day and had it ready for me to pick up by 8am the next morning! The customer service was great very nice. Everyone was wonderful about answering my questions and keeping me informed regarding my car. Had my car back on the road within 24 hours, did not have to wait weeks to get it repaired. They replace my axical on the front of my car which is a major safety issue. They back their work which real important.
I love ATC on gordon highway! Always reasonably priced, very friendly, and they even drive you back home if you need a ride while your car is getting repaired! 5/5✅
