Y’all, there is no better place to bring your vehicle, be it the Gordon Hwy or the Grovetown location. Excellent work, and the folks behind the counter are the best! Shout out to Gordon Hwy’s Jennifer Fannon for first finding the specialized battery I needed and then shopping around for it, saving me $50! They also replaced my starter. These folks always go above and beyond for their customers!
In conjunction to my last episode of five stars that I reposted earlier by mistake they still get a five plus from me for this episode. Chris, Meredith, Jen are excellent advisors and I think its safe to say John is also otherwise he would not be there.I know this because I have experienced a few advisors in my adult driving years with some I have had to dismiss with pleasure and one I had to literally set straight prior to being dismissed. Excellent customer service. Fast and professional service checking my car. Very happy with my visit.
In a time where auto mechanics are hard to find, and trustworthy ones are even harder to find, ATC stands head and shoulders above the rest. I’d recommend to anyone!
Truck went in for service, found a couple more issues to address w front end. Received a written report with photos to show the issues. Meredith up front worked up an estimate & got everything ordered & done. May not be the cheapest, but nobodys better!!
