Came in before closing time, my partner and I definitely felt rushed. We were charged $300 because of a “1099”was a lot of work (it wasn’t so bad). I felt like before, service was top notch. Could do better. Though, organization is great and that gives me some motivation to come back. Otherwise, if you’re a perfectionist like me, then you may want to try it.
EXTREMELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. MADE MISTAKES TWICE IN MY TAX PREPARATIONS. REALLY HAD A HARD TIME WITH PATTY TO FIX A MISTAKE SHE MADE FOR THE SECOND TIME. SHE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO LISTEN TO HER CLIENTS AND ALWAYS HAD TO CUT ME OFF WHEN I TALK WHEN I ASKED FOR A MODIFIED COPY OF THE TOTAL REFUND (WHICH IS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT STATES IN THE COPY SHE GAVE US VERSUS THE REFUND I RECEIVED.)
