I can’t even give them one star. I have been to my bank on mayor Magrath at least five times trying to solve my account being scammed. Yesterday thought everything was solved from my accounts to my delayed for weeks credit card but today my partner tried to send me an e-transfer and failed. One more time and closing my account.

Long lineups with too few staff!
If you love being a victim of fraud and 30 minute wait times, ATB is for you. I would rather share an elevator with Ray Rice than hold another account with ATB.
