An individual can't even call the ATB and talk to anybody!! Call-Press 2 to speak to somebody- and gives options for personal or business cards! What if I want to set up a bank account?! Or meet a financial planner?! Even going through both options I get put on hold to speak to a Rep and it just Hangs Up. It's absurd, yall really need to have sombody fix that.

Friendly and efficient service
As a student, this is a great place to not only bank at but also use as guidance. Don't usually have to wait long and the lovely ladies/men at the desk are always willing to answer questions. If you need to book an appointment, they get you one within 2-3 days if not the day of.
