The customer service is excellent, especially Tsubasa. She has helped me many times and is always very efficient and good at what she does.
If your unlimited checking account dips below 4000 dollars at any point you are charged a 15.95 (once a month) for a "Monthly Maintenance Fee". Greasy.
The General Manager was very rude and unpleasant. She treated me like I was lying about needing to be added to a business account. Will be moving our business
