Common sense is not so common at ATB. Had all access to my money blocked because I deposited an $18 rebate cheque from my old insurance company. My access to my online banking was also locked out and I was instructed to call ATB because I was being accused of bank fraud. Instead of picking up the phone and calling me or sending me an email they instead locked me out of thousands of dollars because the $18 cheque I deposited was from manitoba, which evidently was enough of a reason to lock out my accounts and accuse me of fra... read more
