I have been a customer at ATB for the last few years. I would like to say that this location is one of the best. For the last 2 visits was dealing with Dua. He is very professional, and very competently answered all my questions. Thank you for the great service.
I have been a client for many years and lately it seems service at this location has really improved. I was there on January 31 and it was busy, the tellers all had people at their station when an older gentleman came out of his office and started asking people how he could help and taking people into his office, i didn't catch his name but it says branch manager on his door. I've been with ATB for 35 years. For the most part, I've never ever had issues. Today however, was a terrible experience. I don't have a bank card. I don't want one. Which is why I go in, show ID and voila! Done. Never takes more than maybe 5 minutes at most. Nothing complicated. There was an issue with one of the machines that counts out the cash. The "manager" asks my teller what I was wanting and if I could just use the ATM. First of all, doesn't ask me but my teller. I am standing RIGHT THERE. I said I don't have a card.... read more
