THIS BRANCH SAID ME (a lawyer) is fraudulent. I am a lawyer and the owner of Osa Law Office in Airdrie. I have been doing transactions with this ATB branch for over 2years. Today I came to the branch BY MYSELF with MY OWN scotiabank trust cheque to make a deposit into another Law office's ATB TRUST ACCOUNT. The teller Personnel who attended to me mentioned that he will not do the deposit because MY TRUST CHEQUE was hand written. Have been a customer for a long time so use some of that money to train your staff on how to properly speak to your clients.
Don’t withdraw money from the machines without counting it. And you had better not need it. I was shorted 200 from the machine 3 weeks ago and I am still fighting to get my money back. Extremely disappointed!!! Thanks for stealing my money ATB
