This branch has the worst hours, and such an odd midday lunch closure. Today I arrived at 1:45 to find them closed for their lunch hour with a line up of two other people waiting outside for them to reopen. If they must be closed over lunch, even a half hour closure would be more reasonable than a full hour.
So frustrating going here. Apparently they can't give you change to help you with banking needs. Bills only.
Absolutely the worst bank ever. Why does Alberta have a bank when it can’t do anything for its customers.
Several times I've gone to this branch and forgotten about their weird hours. Closing in the middle of the day when people want to nip in at lunch just puzzles me.
