I wish I could say i had a good experience but this was just a nightmare… We contracted James Ford and his company to do some projects on our property including rebuilding a garage, remodeling 2 bathrooms, replacing the rear door, rebuilding the front and back stairs, and some painting … for the amount of around 58,000 bucks. Take into consideration that the owner of the company is a church leader, and I suspect that many of the positive reviews are from members of his church. One of his members suggested using him to me. Always late. Disrespectful when you try to explain your issues. When you ask for something they will only give you part of what you ask for even if you explain it multiple times, ask them to explain what you asked for back to you, and send it to them in writing. Scheduled a consolation, a half hour before the scheduled time I got an email saying they wouldn’t be there to do the consolation. No reason given, no opportunity to reschedule. This is bad business and unprofessional.
